We’ll give them points that live in a loyalty type bank account and function like cash. Guests can seamlessly earn, track, and redeem rewards for activities in and outside the venue by using their app to scan their tickets, order food, and purchase merchandise, or trade in for upgraded experiences. Also supported are redeemable coupons, discounts and integrations with our partners, Skidata and Experience.
Guests can navigate the venue using a combination of GPS and beacons to always locate themselves on the venue map, and follow turn-by-turn directions to their destination, seat, room, or point of interest. The app’s Around Me function shows key points of interest and food ordering in close proximity to the guest’s location and a tap then navigates the guest to those places.
App users can order food, beverages and other items for in-seat delivery as well as express pickup through our platform. Food Find Me enables personnel to deliver that food to the guest wherever they are. The app supports multiple food revenue centers, time of day menus, and scheduled orders (for a later time). It can also provide nutrition information and present items the guest might be interested in as they browse the menus.
Guests get greater and smarter access and control thanks to our integration with Ticketmaster. The app allows ticket holders to link their paperless tickets to the app, and enter the venue with mobile tickets and parking passes. Guests can transfer their tickets, purchase parking and event tickets, and manage their tickets for multiple venues and events. All ticketing capability works seamlessly with Kezar.

In a hospital, patients can skip the recovery paperwork and watch a video about post-op care. In a hotel or corporate campus, guests can learn about the services that are available.
