We are looking for a Client Services Manager who will actively engage and manage our partners’ implementations and the day-to-day operations to drive successful solutions and broaden our relationships with them. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and quality check customer implementations.

  • Engage with clients to understand their environments (both through research and dialog), know our services and capabilities, and determine mutually beneficial opportunities to make our platform a success.

  • Work closely with VenueNext’s Engineering and Sales teams to onboard customers.

  • Manage on-going customer relationships and client expectations to drive exceptional results and ensure customer success.

  • Transparent communication (speak and listen) of both good and bad with customers, think on your feet, and align interests to establish and maintain credibility with clients.

  • Proactively identify and lead team process improvements.

  • Client satisfaction is heavily based on our operations team and day-to-day execution. Your ability to build trust internally will impact the results you deliver.

  • Do the little things really well to inspire confidence and trust.

  • Take initiative and accountability for own success while knowing when to ask for help.

  • Clearly communicates clients' goals and represent their interests to internal teams.

  • Support in training, documentation and updates to our platform as needed.

  • 6+ years of enterprise software or SaaS account management experience with a demonstrated track record of success

  • Outstanding communication skills with everyone from end users to C-level executives

  • A strong desire to learn in a rapidly growing and dynamic startup environment

  • Passionate about customer success and making life simpler with technology
