As Vice President of Strategic Channels, Scott is responsible for driving business through strategic partnerships at VenueNext. Scott brings over 20 years of experience in the development of indirect channel sales and marketing organizations for companies in the technology sector.
Prior to VenueNext, Scott led the channel sales organization for specialty tablet PC manufacturer, Motion Computing, where he and his team spent 12 years developing and managing partnerships with over 500 companies including the likes of Microsoft, CDW, McKesson, Cerner, Trimble, and Agilysys until Motion was acquired in early 2015. After starting his career in sales at Apple, Scott spent several years building channel sales organizations for early stage companies including one of the first online credit card transaction processing software companies, Clear Commerce, and two early data center/cloud service organizations, Exodus Communications and Fortrust.
Scott holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska.
